Born in Brescia, she began her studies at the G. Verdi Conservatory of Milan with R. Frugoni and graduated with S. Lattes, further improving her performing talents with B. Canino and M. Damerini.
With I. Danieli and U. Rotondi she earned her diploma in composition.
She performs in concerts as a soloist pianist, in orchestras and in chamber ensembles, debuting contemporary pieces (IX prize Ancona 1986; A.I.P.C.-Rome; I and II week of contemporary music, Incontri con la nuova musica for the association Nuovi spazi sonori; Guadeamus-Rotterdam; Sémaine Europèenne des musiques d'aujourd'hui, Paris 1991; Musica in prospettiva - Perugia 1991).
She has performed with the RAI Symphony Orchestra of Milan, where she participated in the "Dialogo con Maderna" and "Omaggio a Donatoni" festivals.
Her recordings have been broadcast by the RAI and by the Austrian radio ÖRF; some of her pieces have received honourable mention and been performed at specialised contemporary music locations.
She has also recorded for Edipan, Rugginenti, Bongiovanni, Phoenix Classics (in duo with the pianist Patrizia Prati)e LoL.
She teaches "Lettura della paritura" at the Conservatory of Milan.
